Facility Services Maintenance Divisions supports LSU’s academic and administrative facility needs by providing repair and maintenance to all building systems across 19 million square feet in over 500 buildings located on 1,200 acres.
Our Maintenance Teams consists of dedicated staff members committed to providing superior service to LSU’s students, faculty, and staff. We are here to help through the following:
- Architectural Systems – Carpenters, Painters, Plasterers, Roofers, Sheet Metal, General Maintenance Repair, Locksmiths
- Mechanical Systems – Utility Distribution, Building Plumbing Systems, HVAC Systems
- Electrical Systems – Hi Voltage Distribution, Building Electrical Systems, Fire Alarm Systems
- Energy Management – Team dedicated to monitoring and improving energy efficiency for all buildings on campus.
